Former ECW Superstar Colin Delaney signs with AWESOME days after departing WWE

Aug. 24 - Famed WWE ECW Superstar, who appeared on just about every episode of ECW on Sci Fi this year, has signed to make his Jersey Shore debut with AWESOME literally days after departing from WWE.

Vice President of Talent Relations Bodhi Lebowski explained the deal was reached with Mr. Delany on Wednesday night, just five days after Mr. Delaney had become a free agent.

"Obviously everyone here at AWESOME is quite excited," said Mr. Lebowski. "To be the first independent promotion to get a Superstar like Mr. Delaney who has spent the past nine months against the best of the best the WWE had to offer shows just our strong our commitment is to providing the absolute best action and showcasing the best Stars for our fans."

During his run in the new ECW, Mr. Delaney took on a host of former world champions including Big Show, JBL, the Great Kahli, Tommy Dreamer and Kane. He and Dreamer also had a fierce rivalrly with Miz and John Morrison over the WWE tag team titles that concluded in an epic Extreme Rules match. Delaney was also the main event of the celebrated 100th episode of ECW, where he defeated to Armando Estrada to capture his WWE contract. As both a beloved underdog and later a villainous thorn in Tommy Dreamer's side Delaney has been in the eyes of most observers the most exciting and best reason to watch the ECW on Sci Fi broadcasts in 2008.

Literally this match was not possible until this moment in time. We have a current TNA Star talking on a 2008 WWE Superstar. These are two of the best young athletes in the sport of professional wrestling with similar skills. This is a Main Event in every sense of the word."

Former WWE Superstar Salvatore Sincere to make AWESOME debut

Former WWE superstar Salvatore Sincere has signed a contract to compete in AWESOME beginning on Aug. 30 in Toms River at Summer Heat, which will be held on at the Pleasant Plains Fire House, 40 Clayton Ave., Toms River NJ 08753. (Tickets $15 for adults and $12 for kids). The always arrogant Mr. Sincere who hails from Italy has announced that he feels there is no pro wrestler from New Jersey that is in his league and he intends on embarrassing the Garden State at Summer Heat with an open challenge to any wrestler from New Jersey.

For those unfamiliar with Sal Sincere, he began his career as crowd favorite Tom Brandi and formed a successful tag team with the Z-Man in 1992 in WCW where they competed for two years. Later Brandi debuted with a nationally televised group known as the American Wrestling Federation where he again competed mostly in tag team action.

In 1996 Sincere unleashed his true personality upon the wrestling world when he debuted with WWE. With his faux charm and penchant for being insincere, the controversial Sal Sincere quickly proved to be one of WWE’s disliked Superstars. He competed in an eight man team elimination match at the 1996 Survivor Series that featured many of the WWE’s young up & coming stars of the time and the December 1996 WWE Pay Per View at the behest of legendary manager Jim Cornette; Sincere became the first ever Pay Per View opponent of the Rock. Sincere would also go on to have a series of memorable matches with the Undertaker on Monday Night RAW.

Sincere’s stint with WWE would continue into 1998, where he would gain the romantic attentions of legendary WWE diva Sable. With Sable at his side, Sincere found himself hearing cheers of the crowd and briefly returned to his Tom Brandi moniker has he helped the beautiful diva fend off the unwelcome advances of ex-boyfriend Marvelous Marc Mero. However when Sincere departed WWE later that year he went back to more his more abrasive personality and his disdain for the fans has been in full effect for the past 10 years as he continues to tour the world of Professional Wrestling.

“Sal Sincere is yet another one of the great legends in this sport who has heard about the great things we are accomplishing every month here in AWESOME,” said Vice President of Talent Relations Bodhi Lebowski. “My office is deluged by phone calls from some of the greatest Stars this sport has ever seen, which is obviously good news for our fans who get a unique chance to see these legends up-close and personal. Will our fans enjoy Sincere’s controversial antics? Probably not. But will they be impressed with his wrestling ability? Absolutely. Personally I think there are a lot of tremendous wrestlers here in New Jersey, and his comments have stirred up some hostility and pride among a lot of them so I’m curious to see who will step up at Summer Heat.”

Former WWE & WCW Legend the Patriot returns to AWESOME to take on South American nationalist Steve Camacho.

                                vs

8/14/08 – When Steve Camacho turned his back on his fans, on his friend Biggie Biggs and his country to join Latin Revolution in June 2007 many predicted it would be decision he would regret. One year later, however, it is Camacho’s detractors who have nothing but regrets as Camacho has been undefeated in singles competition since the day he turned his back on his fans.

Camacho, a native of Brooklyn, NY where he runs a martial arts academy, embraced his heritage as a member of Latin Revolution and their anti-American stance and has never looked back. The accomplished mixed martial artist, who trained in Brazil and battles in the underground world of South American cage fighting has used his combination of fast strikes and lethal submissions from the martial arts with an impressive power game and traditional pro wrestling technique to rack up the submission victories against a host of crowd favorites in the past year in a series of open challenges.

Well on Aug. 30 at Summer Heat, Camacho’s bravado may prove to be his undoing when former WWE and WCW Legend the Patriot returns to AWESOME to defend America’s honor against this South American nationalist. Patriot competed in the very first AWESOME main event when he defeated Travis Blake at the Era of AWESOMEness Begins.

The Patriot is one of Pro Wrestling's most celebrated Stars. Bursting on the national scene in 1991 for ESPN's Global Wrestling, the Patriot became the first ever North American Champion winning a tournament that included Demolition Ax, Sweet Stan Lane, Terry Gordy, Cactus Jack and numerous other legends. He was so impressive he was also named Pro Wrestling Illustrated's Rookie of the Year and Inspirational Wrestler of the Year simultaneously.

After a three year tour of Japan, Patriot was next seen by American fans on national TV in Ted Turner's WCW where he formed a tag team known as Stars & Stripes with Buff Bagwell. The duo captured the WCW tag team titles defeating the team of Pretty Wonderful (Paul Orndorff & Paul Roma) in 1994.

Perhaps his most famous run occurred in 1997 when Patriot arrived in the WWE and battled Bret "Hitman" Hart for the WWE Championship in the main event of the September Pay Per View that year entitled "Ground Zero"

Most recently Patriot has toured the Good Ol USA thrilling fans and seeking out the best competition in Independent wrestling; and defending America’s honor whenever the need arises. At Summer Heat that need brings him back to AWESOME where fans our hoping Steve Camacho will finally get the comeuppance that has been over one year in the making.

Tickets for Summer Heat are $15 for adults and $12 for children and proceeds benefit the Pleasant Plains Fire Company. Bell time is For more information visit www.awesomewrestlingonline.com (where tickets are on sale now via PayPal) or call 732-854-2455.

For those who remember the Jersey Shore Cruiserweight title was the very first title decided in AWESOME at the Era of AWESOMEness Begins on Jan. 6, 2007 when Crazy Shea defeated Draven Blaze and Rhett Titus following a flip piledriver off the top rope through a table on Blaze. After that match Draven filed a protest at the use of the table in a non-hardcore match—a table he himself brought into the ring. After a bringing in a team of lawyers to murky up the situation the title has not been defended in over a year while the dispute simmered in the courts.

Commissioner Joe Rules has announced that while Shea’s title win will be recognized in the record books he has no choice but to declare to the title vacant in order to end the controversy and bring the high flying cruiserweight division back to entertain our AWESOME fans. Indeed with the recent high flying feud between Dan Rageous and Chris Banks wowing fans across New Jersey, a new flood of letters has poured into the Commissioner’s office from our fans seeking the return of the cruiserweight title.

AWESOME recognized in Sept 08 issue of Pro Wrestling Illustrated

The Jersey Shore's most popular professional wrestling promotion, AWESOME (American Wrestling's Elite Stars Of Mat Entertainment), has been recognized in this month's issue of Pro Wrestling Illustrated (dated Sept. 23 - with Randy Ortan on the cover) as part of the magazine's Mid-Year Report annual Guide to the Indies. AWESOME was listed on page 44 of this month's issue, which included information on our website and current champions. Pro Wrestling Illustrated is the premier newstand magazine for professional wrestling having been continuously published nationally on a monthly basis since 1979.

"This is just another example of how AWESOME continues to grow influence and popularity," said Commissioner Joe Rules. "Pro Wrestling Illustrated has long been recognized as the leader in professional wrestling journalism. Our appearance in this magazine is no doubt thanks to the hard work of all the athletes on the roster as well as our great fans who support our shows every month. Our champions--Franciz, Mark Modest and Taylor Nicole--should be particularly proud of representing this company in this nationally publicized article."

AWESOME announces new show on April 5th starring original WWE Diva "Sunny" Tammy Sytch

March 17 - Vice President of Talent Relations Bodhi Lebowski is pleased to announce the signing of WWE's original Diva "Sunny" Tammy Sytch to appear at AWESOME's next event on April 5th at Seaside Heights American Legion Post 351.

"After the tremendous success of our One Year Anniversary Show, we certainly felt the future was looking very bright for AWESOME. Well what can be brighter than follow up with some Sunny days," said Mr. Lebowski.

"Ms. Sytch is one of the most accomplished female managers in the history of pro wrestling. She managed three consecutive teams to the WWE tag team titles in 1996, and the same year was the most downloaded celebrity on the entire Internet. She is truly the original Diva in terms of how WWE markets its female performers, all of them follow in Tammy's footsteps," added Mr. Lebowski. "We are absolutely thrilled to have someone of Tammy's talents on our roster come April 5th."

Commissioner Joe Rules added he intend to work closely with Tammy to make her appearance on our upcoming show truly memorable.

In addition Joe Rules announced that there will be two big title matches to headline this spectacular event on April 5th.

First he noted that Radical Robby Morrison will be defending the MySpace title against the young Star our fans voted Rookie of the Year at the Anniversary Show - Mark Modest. Modest earned this title show back in September when he won the Top 8 Battle Royal in Bloomfield (which you can see on our MySpace page) and only solidified his claim as #1 contender by defeating Morrison's minion Mike Matixx at the One Year Anniversary Show.

"This is what I've worked for since my first match here in AWESOME," said Modest. "Look I'm not taking anything away from Morrison. He's held that title a long time. Plus I've seen the tapes of his title defenses so I know I'll actually be fighting the entire Commune on April 5th. But you know what, I've beaten one Commune member in Mike Matixx and I can beat Morrison too. This is my first title shot ever in my career, so I am going to train as hard as I ever have every day from now until April 5th and with the fans support I will win that title."

"So Mark Modest think he can beat me for my title," smirked Morrison. "Look he might have had a good little rookie year, but I'm no rookie; I am the one true Psychedelic Icon. And in case you haven't been paying attention for over one year no one has been able take this title from me. So kid do yourself a favor and stay home. Because if you step in the ring with me you're not just going to lose, you're going to embaress yourself in front of all your little hometown fans. See I am Radical Robby Morrison and if you think you can compete with me, well baby you're the one who's living in a Tye-Dyed Dream."

In addition Joe Rules has announced the Main Event for April 5th will see the ever popular Jay Blaze of Rutgers University recieve a shot at Franciz and the Championship of AWESOME.

"This was an easy decision to make," noted Commissioner Rules. "Jay Blaze was the only other competitor to make it to the second round of the Championship of AWESOME tournament and he was but seconds away to advancing to the finals in his highly competative scientific match with ECW Legend Spike Dudley. We all saw after the match Spike extend a hand of respect to Jay. Well if he has Spike's respect then he should every fan in wrestling's respect too. I think this will be an exciting main event that will be worth the price of admission alone."

"I just want to thank Joe for this opportunity," said Jay Blaze. "Since coming back from injury last June the fans of AWESOME have been so supportive. Well I didn't come back for second place. I intend to be champion and that means Franciz that means you're going down in a Blaze of Glory."

"What part of undefeated do you morons not understand," said Franciz's manager Liz Savage. "Franciz has never lost a match here in AWESOME. Not even Spike Dudley could slow him down. He is 350 pounds of unstoppable fury backed by the most brilliant mind in wrestling, which means no one will ever take this title from us."

Fans after last month's sell out, we have every reason to expect tickets to go quite fast. Don't miss your chance to see the next show from the best wrestling promotion on the Jersey Shore. Tickets are $15 for adults and $12 for kids under 12. Call 732-854-2455 for ticket info. Eight matches in total will be held on April 5 at Seaside Heights American Legion Post 351, 1400 Bay Blvd., Seaside Heights NJ 08751. Doors open 6pm. Bell time 7:30 pm

Commissioner Joe Rules announces creation of Jersey Shore Cup for AWESOME One Year Anniversary Show on Jan. 26.

Jan. 13 – As the biggest show of the year draws ever closer, Commissioner Joe Rules has announced another exciting development for AWESOME – The One Year Anniversary Show on Saturday, Jan. 26 at Seaside Heights American Legion Post 351, 1400 Bay Blvd., Seaside Heights NJ 08751. (Tickets $15 for adults and $12 for children under 12).

That development is the creation of the Jersey Shore Cup--a beautiful solid gold trophy mounted on the finest Italian marble that will be awarded to the winners of an 8 man tag match on Jan. 26.

Commissioner Rules explained, “Everyone involved in management is extremely excited about our One Year Anniversary. Let’s face it a lot of indy promotions run one show, close their doors the next day and are never heard from again. This is our seventh show and One Year later we feel we have nothing positive growth ahead so I’d like to see this trophy became a tradition. Something we can award every Anniversary Show from Year One to Year One Hundred & One.”

Commissioner Rules also explained his inspiration in creating the Jersey Shore Cup and the format it is being awarded in this year.

“Now of course the main focus on our upcoming Anniversary Show is the Championship of AWESOME title tournament,” continued Commissioner Rules. “AWESOME has been founded on the philosophy of offering something for everyone on our shows. Since we have a singles tournament we seemed pretty set on singles matches so I wanted to give the fans something special that they don’t see live very often. An eight man tag is a rare attraction and by creating this trophy it’ll make the match that much more special. Plus it allows us to showcase many of our talents who are unique to the Jersey Shore who were left out of the singles tournament. That is the one caveat; each team is allowed only one talent that is not from the local area, the other three must be Jersey Shore based so it should make for some interesting strategy as the captains draft their teams.”

Captaining the first team that will seek the Cup is Section 8. The popular Gulf War veteran out of Manasquan is no stranger to fans of AWESOME or competition. Section 8 has held several singles titles in other promotions and was in the main event of Summer Jam for AWESOME this past July scoring a victory over the Commune in tag team action. With his intensity in the ring and his military experience Section 8 should have no problem drafting an army of fellow crowd favorites to compete for the Cup.

“Everyone knows me know I am about honor and competition,” said Section 8, “while at times I’ve claimed to be an Army of One in the ring, I do know the value of good soldiers by your side going into combat. I am going to find other Stars with a sense of honor as I draft my team for the chance to make history on Jan. 26.”

The opposing captain is a newcomer to AWESOME, an individual going by the name of Chad Adams.

Adams is young talent who shows a lot of potential,” said Vice President of Talent Relations Bodhi Lebowski. “Now I can tell already that his attitude not just in the ring but in life and what he feels he’s entitled too will make his signing quite controversial in the eyes of our fans. But Adams does have a background in other sports, even if they are not the traditional sports that one usually sees as precursor for pro wrestling. I think Adams will be a unique addition to our roster.”

AWESOME’s newest star was reached for comment at the Mantoloking Yacht Club where he explained what brings him to AWESOME.

“See ever since I was a boy, my Daddy, Chadwick Adams III of the renowned Spring Lake family of Admases, has ensured I have the best in life. If there is one thing I know it is when I want something I get it. And I want the Jersey Shore Cup, cause quite frankly it will look marvelous near all my sailing and tennis trophies,” stated Mr. Adams.

“See when I was boy and took up tennis Daddy got John McEnroe to be my coach,” he continued “Then as a teen when I decided to conquer sailing he bought me a virtual fleet of ships. So I don’t see why wrestling should be any different. After all the competition here at AWESOME can hardly be more difficult than what I faced in the regattas in Boca Raton and Perth. So now Daddy has purchased me the best wrestling tutors in the world and I am going to assemble the best team money can buy for Jan. 26th’s One Year Anniversary Show and then I shall be sipping champagne out of that glorious Cup.”

Entry forms from the captains on who has been selected are due in one week so stay tuned for more on this story as it develops.

AWESOME – The One Year Anniversary Show will be held on Jan. 26 at Seaside Heights American Legion Post 351,

1400 Bay Blvd. Seaside Heights NJ 08751
. ECW Legend and former WWE Superstar Spike Dudley has been signed for this event and will be part of the Championship of AWESOME title tournament which also features Jay Blaze, Eric Cooper, Lord Jasin Karloff, Justin Corino, Dirty Don Montoya, Kekoa “the Flyin Hawaiian” and Franciz. Also Biggie Biggs seeks justice against Latin Revolution and Steve Camacho, Rick Cataldo hosts a Diva Fashion Show with Cammo, Chrissy Rivera, Jana, Liz Savage and Taylor Nicole; and Commissioner Joe Rules issues his State of the Union Address. Tickets are $15 for adults and $12 for kids. Visit www.awesomewrestlingonline.com or call 732-607-6306 for more information.

Rick Cataldo to host Diva Fashion Show at AWESOME One Year Anniversary Show on Jan. 26

Jan. 11 – The AWESOME One Year Anniversary Show is just 15 days away. As the wrestling world waits to see who will be the first Champion of AWESOME in a grueling eight man single elimination tournament that includes ECW legend Spike Dudley, the management staff at American Wrestling’s Elite Stars Of Mat Entertainment remains hard at work to make this event our biggest and best event yet.

With that in mind Commissioner Joe Rules has announced that he has granted the request of the glamour boy Rick Cataldo to be the host of a Diva Fashion Show. Rick who claims to be the world’s biggest diva and who spends most his time perusing the latest fashion news out of Gay Paris no doubt will be presenting a spectacle that will remind our fans why the word Entertainment is part of the name of our promotion.

“Yoo-hoo,” said Rick when reached for comment. “Do I have something planned? Darling I always have something planned. See I may have lost my chance to qualify for the Championship of AWESOME Tournament but make no doubt the spotlight is still mine. See this is only called a diva fashion show because I’m the host and we all know I’m the biggest diva to hit pop culture since Marilyn Monroe. So when this night is done ain’t no one going to be talking about the new champion. No, no, no, Honey--they are all going to be talking about me.”

And while our fans may not care for the controversial Cataldo, they will no doubt be quite pleased by the list of female Stars who have signed up to participate on Jan. 26 at American Legion Post 351, 1400 Bay Blvd., Seaside Heights, NJ 08751.

The participants (in alphabetical order) include: Cammo, Chrissy Rivera, Jana, Liz Savage and Taylor Nicole.

“Look I know Rick can be underhanded and probably has something up his sleeve with this request,” said Commissioner Rules, “but I also know my first responsibility is to the fans and considering these ladies are all quite beautiful I think our fans will enjoy the chance to see what type of fashions the ladies choose to model as they each attempt to win this thing.”

Of course these ladies are all much more than eye candy. As a valet to the Great Cerenzio, Cammo ensures the B-Team remains popular with fans at every event her man wrestles on. Chrissy Rivera has extensive experience managing and commentating in the Philadelphia area. Jana is a very accomplished in-ring competitor, whose has toughness in facing both men and women have made her a crowd favorite. Liz Savage has been in AWESOME since day one and has proven to be among the best managers the entire sport has to offer. Taylor Nicole is also an accomplished in-ring competitor and who also has a managing license as member of the Commune.

All of these ladies have a competitive streak and with an almost even split of Stars that are crowd favorites and Stars that are controversial it should certainly make for an interesting dynamic. Throw in Cataldo’s obsession with being the center of attention at all times and there’s a lot more to this contest than meets the eye. Of course given the stunning beauty of these Stars what meets the eye should be more than enough to Entertain the great fans of AWESOME.

In addition to the fashion show there will be a championship tournament. First round matches include Jay Blaze vs. Eric Cooper, Spike Dudley vs. Lord Jasin Karloff, Justin Corino vs. Dirty Don Montoya, and Kekoa “the Flyin' Hawaiian” vs. Franciz. Also Biggie Biggs chooses partner to seek revenge on Latin Revolution, and several Jersey Shore based talents will also be in action.

Tickets for AWESOME – The One Year Anniversary Show are on sale now. Tickets cost just $15 for adults/teens and $12 for children 12 and under. The One year Anniversary Show will be held on Saturday, Jan. 26 at Seaside Heights American Legion Post 351, 1400 Bay Blvd., Seaside Heights NJ 08751. Doors open 6pm. Bell time 7:30 pm. For more information visit www.awesomewrestlingonline.com or call 732-607-6306.

Biggie Biggs, Latin Revolution on a collission course

Jan. 3 – When veteran star Biggie Biggs signed with AWESOME most insiders assumed he would be a heavy favorite to become the first Champion of AWESOME. But thanks to the actions of three men Biggs lost his qualifying match and is now sitting on the sidelines during Jan. 26th’s historic title tournament at Seaside Heights American Legion Post 351, 1400 Bay Blvd., Seaside Heights NJ 08751

Two of the three men in question are Tony Torres and Antonio Rivera; collectively known as Latin Revolution. Perhaps the best tag team on the independent circuit, Torres and Rivera nonetheless draw the ire of fans with their strong nationalistic anti-Americanism. At Cruel Summer Latin Revolution ran absolutely roughshod in their attempt to make a political statement. First they assaulted young rookie Mark Modest, then they instigated a match with Cutting Edge (Chris Steeler & Nick Sabre) and finally they interfered in Biggie Biggs Seaside Street Fight against Lord Jasin Karloff.

Yet if Latin Revolution’s actions that night were despicable, then what words can adequately describe the actions of Steve Camacho? Camacho was an ally of Biggs and Cutting Edge standing side by side with them against Latin Revolution. However, when Latin Revolution assaulted Biggs, Camacho rushed from the dressing room carrying a chair seemingly to aid his friend—only to then seconds later turn on Biggs and crack the chair over his head.

On Jan. 26th for the first time since Cruel Summer all four of these men will be in the same building. To say this situation is expected to be explosive is an understatement. Commissioner Joe Rules has ordered extra security to be on hand but it is doubtful that anything will be able to keep Biggs from seeking the justice he deserves.

Yet another question that begs to be asked is even if Biggs can get his hands on Camacho and Latin Revolution will he be able to overcome the numbers game?

When reached for comment Biggs noted that he has placed a few phone calls since this feud began to an ally he knows he can trust based on years of prior experience together. While he declined to name names Biggs said the person he called is not currently a member of the AWESOME roster.

He did offer this cryptic clue, “Once the ink dries on this contract, oh daddy things are going to get Hot & Heavy for Latin Revolution.”

In addition to the Biggie Biggs-Latin Revolution hostilities, the will be a eight man single elimination championship tournament on Jan. 26 featuring ECW legend and former WWE Superstar Spike Dudley as well as Jay Blaze, Justin Corino, Kekoa “The Flyin Hawaiian”, Dirty Don Montoya, Eric Cooper, Franciz and Lord Jasin Karloff.

AWESOME : The One Year Anniversary Show will be held on Jan. 26, 2008 at Seaside Heights American Legion Post 351, 1400 Bay Blvd., Seaside Heights NJ. Doors open 6 p.m. Bell time 7:30 p.m.  Tickets $15 for adults/teens, $12 for children 12 and under. For ticket info call 732-607-6306 or visit www.awesomewrestlingonline.com.

First Round tournament brackets announced

Dec. 23 - Commissioner Joe Rules in conjunction with the Championship Committee has announced the first round brackets for Jan. 26th's Championship of AWESOME tournament at 7:30 p.m. in Seaside Heights American Legion Post 351. Tickets $15 for adults and $12 for children 12 and under.

Jay Blaze vs. Eric Cooper – The comeback story of 2007 continues into 2008 as Jay Blaze looks to extend his winning streak since returning from retirement by capturing the AWESOME Championship. In his way is Eric Cooper a rugged competitor that mixes both technical wrestling and brawling into an Enforcer style. Can Blaze use his speed and his own technical skills to overcome the veteran and complete his Rocky Balboa like story? Or will Cooper’s ruthlessness prove to be Jay’s undoing?

Spike Dudley vs. Lord Jasin Karloff – Since stepping foot in AWESOME Karloff has proven to be a cruel competitor with an affinity for weapons and attempting to maim his opponents.  Having triumphed over Biggie Biggs in the Seaside Street Fight to qualify can Karloff cement himself as the most hardcore athlete in AWESOME with a victory over ECW Legend Spike Dudley? Or will Spike Dudley use the experience that brought him success on the national level the past 12 years to climb to the AWESOME Championship?

Justin Corino vs. Dirty Don Montoya – Don Montoya is the most experienced athlete on the AWESOME roster having competed for 13 years in just about every promotion in New Jersey. The wily veteran is known for his dirty tactics and willingness to do anything to come out on top. Justin Corino may be much younger in the sport than Montoya but with his extensive background in amateur wrestling few foes can compete with him on the mat. Corino is also the most muscular competitor on the AWESOME roster making him a dual threat when the match is vertical as well.

Kekoa vs. Franciz – The battle of the pacific islands will determine the final bracket in the championship tournament. On one side of the ring we have Kekoa “The Flyin Hawaiian” who brings the most daring and exciting aerial attack of any competitor in the tournament. Throw in his pride in his Hawaiian heritage and Kekoa wrestles with a ton of heart and the support of the crowd both of which he will no doubt need when he comes face to face with the Samoan Destroyer known as Franciz. After a full year of competition Franciz remains undefeated here in AWESOME. His 350 pound of viscous fury has proven to be unstoppable thus far but can it bring him Gold?

On Jan. 26 all of these styles converge - - the comeback hero, the technical brawler, the ECW legend, the hardcore striker, the amateur wrestling powerhouse, the wily veteran, the high flyer and the behemoth. All of them bring something unique to this title hunt but in the end there can be only one champion!  To order tickets call 732-607-6306
